Founder Sterlin Mosley, PhD

Sterlin Mosley graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Master’s Degree in Human Relations, emphasizing counseling and personality psychology. Dr. Mosley received his PhD in Communication focused on intrapersonal, cultural, and interpersonal communication from the same institution. He teaches undergraduate and graduate classes in Human Relations, such as Cultural Awareness, Personality and Human Relations, and Sexism and Homophobia. His research into the Enneagram personality system and self-description seeks to uncover the language and subjective psychological experiences of the 9 personality types. Sterlin is a certified Enneagram teacher and coach and author of the book The Narcissist in You and Everyone Else: Recognizing the 27 Types of Narcissism.

Founder Aaron Addonizio, MHR, MPA

Aaron Addonizio graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a Master’s degree in Human Relations with an emphasis on counseling and personality psychology. She also received a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with an emphasis on nonprofit management from the same institution. Aaron founded a successful professional organizing, coaching, and consulting business for several years before beginning freelance work as a business consultant and project manager for local and national clients. In addition, Aaron spent over a decade in project management and organizational consulting work with Katherine Fauvre Consulting, with whom she is also a certified Enneagram teacher and coach. Aaron is currently the Executive Director and co-founder of Central Oklahoma Dance Company as well a a full-time Enneagram coach.

Sterlin and Aaron are the sharpest enneagram authorities in the community. Nowadays, a lot of information circulated in the enneagram community is confusing. Filled with mistypes, outdated data, generalizations and meaningless platitudes, one can easily get lost in a sea of confusion that blindsides the ego and mislead the masses. Unlike the others, Sterlin and Aaron take the enneagram very seriously and operate like a surgeon's knife - able to precisely dissect the enneagram and shine light on the shadowy aspects on the human ego so that the truth behind the types are accurately revealed amidst the ambiguity of enneagram imperfection. The differences between each type, Tritype and instinct can be very subtle, but if you are looking to take your enneagram knowledge from being 'just good enough' to perfection, I would highly recommend taking notes and studying their material carefully.
